We take utmost care in packing our products, but still due to the negligence of the courier partners some products may get damaged in transit.
Don't worry, please provide a complete **opening video without any pause** within **24 hours** of receiving the products and we will send you the replacement if we deem it fit.
In case of any refund due to unavoidable circumstances and if the packet has already been sent out, **shipping charges (whether we bore the charges or you did) will not be refunded back**.
Only the order amount (excluding shipping cost) will be refunded to your source account within **5-7 working days**.
Once the order is placed, no cancellation is accepted.
