Standard Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time is **4-7 working days** which doesn't include Sundays and Public holidays.

Courier Partners

We use all the reputed courier companies like: **Delhivery, DTDC, Speedpost etc.** and your packets will be sent through any of the aforementioned couriers depending upon the availability and timely delivery.

Delays & Handover Policy

We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances of the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customers, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Courier Responsibility

Once we handover the packages to the courier partner, it is out of our control and we cannot help you. If your packet has been marked delivered and you can't find it OR if your packet is delayed, **please call the carrying courier company** directly, and they can help you track it down.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If your order is returned back to us due to an **incorrect address** or **non-availability of the customer**:

The packet will be resent only if you pay shipping charges again.
Alternatively, if you wish for a refund in that case, **shipping charges will be deducted** (regardless of whether we bore the charges or you did).
